To ensure the safety of all students and teachers, JKEMW switched to distance learning this week. High-quality teaching not only needs the dedication of teachers, but also needs the support and cooperation of students and parents. Please read the follwoing guidelines and regulations carefully.
为了保障全体师生安全，从本周起协和教科EMW课程部全面进入网课模式。优质的教学质量除了需要老师们的全心投入，也需要学生和家长的权利支持与配合。请大家仔细阅读EMW网课的使用指南及规定，谢谢大家的耐心配合。

腾讯课堂使用指南及规定

Students should be aware of the timings and order of their lessons each day, and be ready to start each lesson at least two minutes prior to the lesson beginning
学生应根据每天的课程安排，在每节课开始前两分钟做好上课准备。

Devices should be properly charged before joining a meeting. Students should also have a charger and plug point and/or charged power-bank close-by.
在加入会议前，学生应为电子设备充好电，并在设备附近准备充电器、插座或移动电源。

All materials that a student will need should be prepared ahead of time. Basic material such as pens, notebooks and/or writing paper should be brought to every Tencent lesson. Please pay attention to materials that may be needed for specialist lessons such as calculators, art supplies etc.
学生须在上课前准备好所需的材料及其他学习用品，如：水笔、笔记本或其他书写纸等基本学习 工具。请注意一些专业课程可能需要使用的专业材料，如计算器、美术用品等。

Students should use the bathroom prior to a meeting starting.
学生应在上课开始前上好卫生间。

Device microphones and speakers should be checked ahead of time.
学生应在上课前提前检查电子设备的麦克风和扬声器等设备工作正常。

Make sure any unneeded programmes, included but not limited to torrents, social media, streaming apps or websites, or video games are turned off prior to entering a Tencent lesson.
学生须确保在进入腾讯课堂前关闭所有不需要的程序，包括但不限于下载程序、社交软件、媒体 应用程序、其他网站或视频游戏等。

Never share any of your personal information during online learning including, but not limited to, your full name, telephone number, social media contact(s), address etc.
切勿在网上分享你的任何个人信息，包括但不限于你的全名、电话号码、社交媒体联系信息、家庭住址等。
This is a good time to form closer bonds with other people who live in your household.
这个阶段，是你与家人建立更紧密关系的好时机。
During this time, please stay away from crowded areas, or places that have a high number of positive infection cases

Do not attempt to enter the SUIS JK Campus without prior permission.
